How do I Request a Photo Restoration Quote?
In order for us to give you a quote for your photo restoration, we'll first need to see your photo and you will have to tell us what you would like us to do to it. There are two ways that you can do this:
Quote Method 1 . . . email attachmentIf you have the photo on your computer, or can scan it onto your computer (at 300 pixels per inch or greater), just attach the file(s), along with detailed instruction of what you want done, to an email to me at address below and we'll get back to you a.s.a.p. with our quote for your photo restoration:
Quote Method 2 . . . by regular U.S. Postal Service mail (snail-mail) or by Fedex or UPS.Just place your photo (or CD) in an envelope and mail it to us. It would also be a good idea to use a piece of corrugated cardboard for protection and to keep the envelope from being folded.
Please include detailed instructions of what you want us to do and also your email address so that we can reply quickly with our quote for your photo restoration.

How do I Pay?
We do not require any deposit or pre-payment to do your restoration or enhancement; all work is done on good faith. You don't have to cough up the coins until the job is completely done and ready for shipment.
Upon approval of the proof image that we send you, we will email you an invoice via

PayPal is the largest and most trusted internet payment service and you can rest assured that any confidential information (i.e. credit card numbers) will remain with them and cannot be accessed by us or by any other vendor. You can pay through PayPal even if you don't have an account with them. If you are not a PayPal member, you will also be given an option to sign up for your own account with them, but that is completely up to you.All you have to do is follow the bouncing ball on the invoice. When you complete the transaction, you will receive a receipt. Your photo or CD will be shipped within 3 working days. If, for some reason, you are unable to use PayPal, please contact us at at smiledogpro@gmail.com and we will make other arrangements.__________________________________
What do I Get?Included in your payment is your choice of one of the following:
...a CD with the restored/enhanced photograph....a photo (or photos) printed on a sheet of Epson Premium Photo Paper. You may choose from one of the following formats:Standard Sizes

If you require an over-sized print (greater than 81/2 x11, and up to 13x19), there is an additional charge of $15.
